One of my favorite dishes to eat especially when going out is this chicken tonkatsu of Tokyo Tokyo. There was even a time that I was ordering this for consecutive days and be delivered right at our house even if it was the only thing I will buy. I was pretty much amused by it because it makes me want to eat vegetables which is a thing rare for me (well, aside from them being mixed in some main dishes like burgers and flavored rice). When I eat this dish, I can eat more amount of veggies than rice so I feel more nourished than usual after eating.

To be honest, it was a costly thing to do. So upon thinking of other ways to experience and eat it more but would save me money, I decided to make my own version of it.
