Firefly Ridge event venue and weekend café review

Whether if you are looking for a nature-inspired event venue or a modernly themed cafe, they both have these features and is continuing making happy guests one weekend at a time. Adding another go-to place around Antipolo is this great discovery that will make not only those eyes smile but also those hungry tummies satisfied.

Firefly Ridge PH is located at brgy. Dela Paz, Antipolo who houses this greenhouse-like events venue which has its own garden that also transforms into a cafe during the weekends.

The place is literally and figuratively green as it is surrounded by lush of plants and trees making their indoor and outdoor alfresco dining a refreshing experience. The establishment is quite simple and direct which adds charm to its loyal patrons and new guests.

The green relaxing views won't go away from your sight as even the inside of the main dining area is still filled with real and growing plants (lots of it).

One of the good things inside is that it is quite spacious and they manage the distance from tables to tables well. the distances between tables are good unlike the usuals in restaurants where you can hear the stories of your fellow diners. We went here lunch time and it was near a full house. The servers were busy so everything worked a minute slower.

By the way, they have this "Let's Eat Pare" sticker on their front door which led me to expect that foods here are super nice! Haha!

While waiting for our orders to come, one of the awesome highlights to see while inside the establishment is when the sun rays go through the glass roof. Every corner of the area becomes more lighted that changes the mood for some moments.

I also checked their nature-inspired events place outside which is quite candid for now since we recently just turned to alert level 1 (pandemic related) but I can imagine how beautiful this is when properly decorated.

And at last! Our food came! We ordered a variety of dishes that is good for sharing so we can taste a little bit of everything and some of them are the following:

t-bone steak

beef caldereta

We actually expected the T-bone steak to be bigger since it was tagged as good for sharing in the menu but at least it was really tasty in all parts. Well, we ordered for a well done one and they delivered it accordingly. There were no dull parts as to even the middle of the meat was cooked and full of flavors.

The Enoki side dish fries would have been my new favorite since it was something new to me (if it was served hot) so hopefully they can improve on this development.

This hummus, pita, and ribeye was very similar to eating our favorite shawarma meal. It was presented differently which is a good thing so you can eat it up the way you want to. Man, eating veggies has never been this delicious. More for me! Haha!

Anyway, the temperature inside is cool enough despite it being open. Our dining experience was quite something new especially to the eyes so you should try them too at least once even just for the experience.

And hey, they would not have their regular patrons for no reason, right? But let me just share with you guys our visit here on the video below. I hope you like it.
